The paper deals with the management of an educational organization from the point of view of a model of a high-performance organization. In the context of management, the system concept of quality is discussed, the intersectional quality themes are identified based on the concept of ISO, EFQM Excellence Model and requirements for the quality system of universities.
On the basis of the comparison, the recommendations for monitoring the most important areas of the quality management of the educational organization to fulfill the purpose of the quality in terms of the continuous improvement and competitiveness of the organization as well as the efficiency of the processes of ensuring and evaluating the quality outputs are generalized.
