Abstract
The author summarizes historical overviews of pharmacotherapeutical approaches used both in patients with erectile dysfunction diagnosis and in patients with premature (rapid) ejaculation diagnosis. It is followed by a comprehensive and detailed pharmacological description or characteristic of these pharmaceuticals: yohimbini hydrochloridum, alprostadilum, sildenafilum, tadalafilum, vardenafilum, avanafilum; lidocainum / prilocainum, dapoxetinum.
