Preparation of new type of catalyst by combining new method of Pt magnetron sputtering on ionomer/nanoparticle (C, TiN, TiC) composite film and subsequent transport of the Pt-catalyst-ionomer bilayer on the nafion membrane by using hot-press opened a new way of preparation of so-called CCM (Catalyst Coated Membrane) thin film catalysts
