Abstract

The publication is part of the project Virtual observation practice for 1st year students of the follow-up MA programme at the Department of English language and literature at the School of Education. Within the project, two main areas were addressed: 1) professional conduct of teachers in classroom in video recordings of 16 real lessons; 2) teacher's professional reasoning regarding lesson planning and reflection.

Video recordings and contextual information together with other authentic material (lesson plans, teaching material) form a comprehensive set of 16 video cases, which are used as study material for trainee teachers of students at lower and upper secondary schools.
