Publication at Faculty of Medicine in Hradec Králové |
2018

Abstract

The authors evaluate the results of 21 patients after proximal carpectomy. Indications were arthrotic wrist changes such as SLAC, SNAC and Kienbock morbus.

Patients were evaluated before surgery and 5 years after surgery, when they were evaluated using the Green and O'Brien scoring system. Preoperative evaluations were 35.8 and 63.1 postoperatively, indicating that it was an effective operation.
