Abstract
Lyme disease is most common tick-carried human disease in the Czech Republic. It is a disease characterized by multiorgan affection with varied clinical manifestattions.
The knowledge of clinical signs and the correct evaluation of laboratory results play a main role in determination of the correct diagnosis and adequate antibiotic treatment.
