Abstrakt
This article describes the contents of author's workshop at the XXI. Psychology Days in Zadar in May 2018.
Participants could learn there, how sociomaps of the team cooperation and communication are made using a specific software. Then they were shown the way, how specific picture symbols can be used as a projective technique to map mutual relationships and help team members to adjust to each other better and share emotionally more openly.
This method was tested and used by the author for many teams in business, schools, therapeutic and coaching groups and also in prisons. Participants of the workshop could then experience this method on themselves - the lecturer invited them to participate in several projective team exercises and finally provided them with complete methodology, how to use picture symbols from the famous game Dixit for personal growth of individuals and building the mutual trust in groups and teams as well.
