Abstract
The purpose of the article is to deal with legal regulation of administrative liability in Building Law in general. Text is focused on administrative liability as one of liabilities which occur in the field of development of structure, problems of legal regulation of elements of administrative delicts in Building Act, criminal and non-criminal sanction in Building Law and prevention of the commission of administrative delicts.
