Abstract
The bilingual environment in the Czech lands increases the current need for creating distinct rules for publications of German texts, especially those from the beginning of the Early Middle Ages until and including the 2nd World War. There is no doubt that it is not possible to create a universally applicable guideline on how to approach the publication of the written sources of official or non-official origin.
From the interdisciplinary point of view, an analysis of the language phenomenons is essential, these imply the possibilities of numerous readings not only of the content as a whole, but also of the specific terms
