Realization of the Building Programme and Consent of the Owner

Abstract

The paper deals with the legal regulation of cases where an applicant for a public authorization to place or implement a building programme or measure is required to secure and submit the consent of the owner. It also examines the conditions for replacing the consent of the owner with the existence of expropriation title.
