Abstract
The article is dealing with diff erent forms of restrictions of ownership rights in the acts of administrative law. While several of these acts do provide for an explicit provision on compensation, in many others, such provisions are missing.
The article is analysing the decision-making of the Supreme Court concerning this issue, in particular concerning the applicability of the provisions on unjust enrichment according to the Civil Code in these relations.
