Abstrakt
Using empirical data, this chapter compares Czech political parties in the period from 1996 to 2013 to examine the extent to which political parties established themselves as stable institutions in terms of internal and external characteristics. Further it describes the main differences between newly established parties and those with a more stable position in the party system.
