Publication

Abstract

An electronic information brochure briefly presenting the results of a project entitled "Typology of approaches at the departments of social and legal protection of children in the situations of divorce or parental separation and factors influencing the existence of individual types". In 2018, the project was financially supported by the Charles University Grant Agency (Project No. 748818).

The study aims to fill the gap in the analysis of practice of child protection social workers when solving parental conflicts. It is based on both theoretical and empirical knowledge of domestic and foreign authors and own study carried out between May 2016 to February 2019.

The brochure is intended to contribute to the approximation of the practice of child protection social workers specifically in solving parental conflicts and to contribute to the development of critically reflective practice, which unconditionally follows the best interests of the child.
