Abstract
The first strategic plan is based on an analysis of the existing activities of the organization created by the participatory form. The plan includes all key parts - mission, vision, SWOT and STEEPL analysis, competition analysis and analysis of target groups' needs.
It also defines strategic priorities and objectives by 2021.
