Abstract
Author is mainly focused on aleator contracts in Islamwhere the insurance things marked with the frase takaful and does't want to be called insurance service. They are mainly pointing out the roots of islam approach mainly coming from the banner game Majsir.
Author is introducing us with the koncept of takhaful and the use o it in the real Word.
