Abstract
The basis of the functional sample is the determination of five different combinations of three agents- effective antitumor drugs in one preparation on cells in the cell culture, aimed specifically against human malignant melanoma (in stages II-IV). In these stages is the tretment ineffective (basides the immunotherapy, which eventually may have some effect in a minority of cases).
It follows from the current status of knowledge that tumor cells must be eradicated as early as possible. We have found that all five effective drug combinations are feasible to completely eradicate tumors cells in 5 days at the latest, thus the effect of the tested combinations has been extremely strong and effective.
