The level of evidence and the burden of proof in the context of the evaluation of evidence in judicial practice

Abstract

The paper is devoted to selected topical problems of evidence law in civil process. It analyzes a special explanatory duty in the practice of Czech courts and indicates the potential of its development towards accountability.
