Industrial research for universal seed and seedlings treatment that protects against fungal, bacterial and other pests
Abstract
In the first year of the project, we investigated the influence of seed treatment based on P. oligandrum oomycete on growth, physiological and biochemical parameters of young rape plants, when the effects of the treatment should be most apparent. The seed treaments were prepared from 10 isolates, rape plants grown from the treated seeds were compared to control untreated plants.
Individual isolates were cultured in a medium of the same composition and this medium was subsequently analyzed for the presence of substances useful for beneficial interactions with plants.
