Excellent outcome with limited treatment in paediatric patients with marginal zone lymphoma

Abstrakt

Extranodal and nodal marginal zone lymphoma (MZL) is rare in children and adolescents. Published cases indicate that paediatric MZL tend to present more frequently as localised nodal lymphomas and, given their specific clinicopathological features, were introduced with the term 'paediatric nodal MZL' into the 2008 World Health Organization (WHO) classification of lymphoid tumours.
