Granulopoesis growth factors (G-CSF), pegfilgrastim respectively, have irreplaceable role in febrile neutropenia prophylaxis. Pelgraz - biosimilar pegfilgrastim - has demonstrated clinical efficacy and safety similar to pegfilgrastim originator - Neulasta.
