Abstract
The aim of this paper is to present the topic of insolvency resistance in the most practical way. The expression of this objective is then my effort to look at the insolvency opposition dispute from the perspective of the party to the proceedings, namely the respondent (defendant) in this dispute.
The chosen method of such a view will be to analyze the possible objections that the defendant may raise against the insolvency trustee (the plaintiff's) action.
