Abstract
The EU-Canada investment protection agreement implements state-of-the-art approaches, but has not been able to remedy some of the shortcomings of the previous adjustments. In this paper, the author focuses in particular on the adjustment of indirect expropriation and non-compensatory regulatory measures.
