Abstract
Much has been written about parallel trade in pharmaceuticals.However,thisarticleexploredsomesignificantproblemswithhumanpharmaceuticalsinternational market and distribution in the Czech Republic in the context of the relationship between states and private foreign pharmaceutical companies. The text discusses the definition of a diagonal relationship, describes the legal framework in this area with the problems with the availability of human pharmaceuticals and possibilities for argumentation in favour of the development of correct relationships.
Correct diagonal relationships are the key to business development and availability of pharmaceutical drugs.
