Counting of NeuN-immunostained neurons in the GD and CA2/3 (Task Order 02a SV 94 - SRC Biosciences)

Abstrakt

At this project, we quantify a total number of NeuN-immunostaining neurons in GD and CA2/3 regions of the hippocampus of Tg4510 and wild type mice (n=26 total). The results of quantification are present in supplements.
