Abstract
Lecture held at the international conference Fourth Season of Prague Dialogues on Church and State Relations on the theme Spiritual Care in Public Institutions. The conference took place at the Faculty of Law, Charles University on 13th -15th June 2019 and was organized by the Faculty of Law of Charles University and the Church Law Society.
