Abstract
The chapter deals with the unlawfulness of evedence in czech criminal procedure. It also deals with the American approach to admissibility of evidence, the fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine and its application in the Czech law system.
Special emphasis is put on wiretapping and record telecommunications operation.
