Abstract
In this chapter, the author deals with the issue of the preliminary ruling procedure provided by Article 267 TFEU. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the obligation of the Czech court to submit a preliminary question, as well as exceptions to this obligation, including legislation and case law.
The final summary brings new knowledge in the given area of research with the fact that the current state of legislation is not complicated for the Czech legal system.
