Abstract
Unemployment is itself a complex problem that does not have a simple solution. Among the vulnerable groups in the job market, in addition to mothers and fathers after parental leave and people over 50, are fresh graduates.
The lecture provided students with a critical view of the current job market in the Czech Republic (including insight into the business model of companies working on it), and presented ways in which student can improve their position in the job market and, last but not least, showed the weaknesses and strengths of different ways of job search (including an innovative application developed within the framework of international cooperation directly at Charles University).
