Do(not) learn the correct answers

Abstract

School education has for many generations relied on a well-established pair: teacher and blackboard, and although the chalkboard at universities has successfully replaced the projection screens, this has not been reflected in the way it is taught. However, it is possible to teach something new in different ways, and this lecture was about our efforts to teach at our deparment sometimes differently.

It showed how we do it when we teach and we don't know the right answers. Why it is challenging for teachers and learners.

And eventually it convinced listeners that if both sides try a bit, the result can be great for everyone.
