Law can be understood as a system of rules governing human behaviour enforced by the state. Today, this system faces many challenges one of which is a development of modern technologies.
Under the term modern technologies, we understand mathematic models embodied into computer (source) code which today forms what we call intelligent algorithms or artificial intelligence. Transfer of substantive amount of human activities into cyberspace, in which these modern technologies operate, brings new challenges not even for the application but also for the formation of law.
On specific examples we show how these challenges may look like and what are some of the contemplated solutions or answers to these challenges.
