Abstract
The aim of the pilot study was to verify the usage of the newly created scale Integrity in workplace in crime offenders (N = 48), who may be evaluated on the basis of previous behavior as a potentially more dangerous and risky group for employers. The control group (N = 48) consisted of respondents of the working class representing the general population.
Furthermore, we evaluated the influence of the Big Five and Dark triad personality traits and social desirability on the newly developed Integrity scale.
