Abstract

The authors created new method named School Dilemma for screening of presumptions for moral action, more precisely moral judgment. The method is based on moral dilemma from school environment.

Respondents are asked to choose one from four possibilities, which they consider to be more correct or more moral. During pilot study respondents (N = 191) were presented with newly created method along with questionnaires accessing perception of cheating behaviour and cheating itself.

Analysis revealed that respondents preferring the most moral option are also more sensitive to cheating and engage in less cheating behaviour. Conflict at School is promising screening method capable of differentiation individual on the basis of their moral judgment and moral sensitivity.
