Abstract
This book presents an overview of how European jurisdictions tackle the key problem of civil procedural law: the standard of proof. In order to arrive et an adequate solution, the book evaluates the expert assessments of fourteen law professors and their different perspectives from across the continent and presents the "ideal" picture of standard of proof.
