Standard of Proof: Fundamental Problems Through the Perspective of Comparative Analysis

This contribution presents an overview of how European jurisdictions tackle the key problem of civil procedural law: the standard of proof. In order to arrive et an adequate solution, the contribution evaluates and presents the "ideal" picture of standard of proof.
