Abstract
The article describes the current state in the Czech Judiciary, when an amendment of the act of courts and judges, which should more demanding selection of new judges lay down, is discussed. The article describes, why the intention of the draft is not correct, because it will probably lead to decrease of interest of the most capable individuals for the career in Judiciary.
