Abstract
The article deals with the issue of legal regulation of the cancellation of companies from the point of view of court practice in the proceedings concerning the cancellation of companies, the course and termination of liquidation and deletion of the company from the Commercial Register. In particular, the article deals with the question of judicial delivery to the parties, the appointment of the liquidator, the obligation to submit the Financial Statements by liquidator and the amount of the liquidators' fees.
