TURNING DISABILITY POLICY INTO PRACTICE: JOINT RESEARCH AGENDA THROUGH MULTI-STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION

Abstrakt

The discussion will focus around the question of how tomake multi-disciplinary collaboration work in a sustainable and effectiveway. Service providers'representative (EASPD), will start the discussionby presenting the sector's research needs and well as its newly establishednetwork, in collaboration with the University of Siegen,"Europeanresearch platform for inclusive community planning and servicedevelopment for people with disabilities (EURECO)."Otherstakeholders (service users, researchers, other service providers, policypractitioners) will engage in a discussion by sharing their perspectives onopportunities/challenges/future path for a platform such as EURECO andcontributing ideas to shaping a common research agenda and concretecollaboration projects.
