Abstrakt
The paper aims to elucidate Peirce's conception of cognition (mainly in his late writing) in relation to its constituent parts in order to delimit its boundaries. The thesis I intend to defend is that in order to understand cognition, we must analyze not only the elements internal to it but also those its boundaries are made of.
