Artificial Intelligence through the Prism of Strategic Culture

Abstrakt

This presentation focused on analysing the relationship between the Russian strategic culture and the political-strategic framing of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in contemporary Russia. Both the extensive theoretical framework, including the specification of the significance of the concept of Revolution in Military Affairs (RMA) for understanding the problematic, and the related systematic empirical analysis were presented and discussed.
