Abstract
Arbitration in both international and domestic trade is also favored over ordinary courts because it is considerably faster. Arbitration is one-instance.
The parties have the possibility to use the institute, which does not exist in civil proceedings, namely accelerated arbitration. Such proceedings are governed by the rules of some permanent arbitration courts.
Accelerated arbitration proceedings are also possible before the Arbitration Court of HK ČR and AK ČR. The arbitration award must be issued within two, respectively. four months after payment of the fee for expedited arbitration.
