Abstrakt
The goal of the paper is to analyse and compare transversal competencies at university students - future managers. The relevant data for comparison were obtaining from 990 university students.
The paper aims to answer the question: What are the transversal competencies for future managers? The author's research results support the assumption that higher education must be oriented not only to students' theoretical, practical skills but mainly to transversal competencies.
