Abstract
The article addresses currently discussed issue, concerning both Criminal and European law - the European Public Prosecutor's Office, established by the Council Regulation (EU) 2017/1939 implementing enhanced cooperation on the establishment of the European Public Prosecutor's Office. The article focuses on examination and presentation of the essential ontological basis of the European Public Prosecutor as well as offering an opportunity to deepen the knowledge of this particular issue.
The article is devided into three sections. The first section deals with a basic facts about the European Public Prosecutor's Office.
The second section focuses on competences and jurisdiction of the EPPO. The third chapter follows the structure of the EPPO.
