Nonlocal treatment of resonant vibrational excitation in electron-dioxygen collision

Abstract

The cross sections for vibrational excitations of O 2 through collisions with electron are calculated using the nonlocal discrete-state-in-continuum model and its local approximation and compared to experimental results.
