Abstract
In some cases public use can get in conflict with constitutionally guaranteed right of assembly, which can bring a lot of difficult situations and unfortunate consequences, especially when there is conflict of two events, when of them isubsumes public use and the other presents exercise of right of assembly. It it also possible that exercise of right of assembly will be covered by public use.
The aim of this article is to defend mutual relationship between public use and right of assemlby and to analyse situations which can appear between public use and right of assembly.
