Abstract
The article deals with recent amendment in Italian asylum and migration law. Italy is significant actor for sustainability of European Asylum System because of its geographical location and rules of Dublin system.
Italian action has real impact on additional movements of applicants for international protection in Europe particularly but also on ability to act of administrative bodies of particular EU member states in asylum procedure.The main part of the article presents crucial and controversial parts of Italian law amendment in detail. And it could serve as a base for in-depth discussion or as a ground for in-depth studies of this issue.
