The Ministry of Justice had presented new draft of relatively extensive ammendment to the Civil Procedure Code and Act on Execution in the end of 2018 which focuses on the phenomenon of so-called multiple executions through a cessation of long-term unsatisfied executions. It also presents a principle of procedure concentration by a single bailiff with a significant potential to re-distribute newly commenced executions among all bailiffs.
The article also deals with an obligatory advance payments on execution costs, employers' costs renumeration, a continuity of bailiffs' offices and other singular topics. The objective of the article is to evaluate the most important changes the ammendment presents.
