Abstract
The aim of his paper is to analyze the valid legal regulation of legal facts in labour-law relations with an emphasis on the requirements and defects of legal acts. Problems associated with proving defects in legal proceedings will be practically dealt with.
As far as court proceedings are concerned, they are both civil-law and an alternative to criminal proceedings, in which factual claims based on sufficiently specific evidence must be demonstrated in practice.
