Abstract
Medical birth management is a set of all guidelines to ensure the safety of labor for both mother and fetus and which are according current medical knowledge. This paper monitors the procedures used in Czech obstetric literature, which manage the work of obstetricians and midwives in the delivery rooms in the Czech Republic.
