Selected specifics of labour law disputes in international comparation

Abstract

The author of the article attempts to present some chosen specifics of labour law disputes with a view to differences in court procedure. The author focuses more detailed on composition of labour courts/senates by lay judges and on their role by decision-making of labour law disputes and on financial demands of litigation of labour law disputes before courts.
