Abstract
Intestinal metaplasia of bladder mucosa in combination with Peutz Jeghers syndrome occurs relatively rarely. Some authors consider such metaplasia as a precancerosis.
We report a patient suffering from both diagnosis and describe the next follow-up. Also the case is widely discussed.
